Product Design, Development and Testing
Many years experience goes into the design of BOLTIGHT tools. A networked CAD system is used to give customers a fast and accurate picture of their application and the BOLTIGHT solution.
		Product testing and evaluation is conducted in house on the product and high pressure fatigue test rig.  All BOLTIGHT products are subjected to a pressure test procedure and test certificates are issued, prior to despatch to the customer.
All BOLTIGHT tools and hydraulic components are subject to long term high pressure fatigue testing before inclusion in the product range. Here a tool is put through a rigorous 10,000 operations.
